This is 3 star hotel type. But i pay expensive price because of Ramadhan time. The shuttle service really excellent for those want to stay outside masjidil haram. But for me better stay inside masjidil haram areas so that we dont waste time walking to bus station which is a bit far.

Overall it was not bad but main problem that noticed in the room toilet there is no proper facility for abulotion which is essential, other issue distance from Haram is 2 Km, as well as shelter facilities reaching Haram is only good from one side when you want to back to hotel it will be difficult to find the shelter

+The hotel was great, attentive staffs and good facilities, comfy beds and amenities provided. Shuttle to Alharam also frequent (to Al Ghazi bus station) then walk 15 mins to reach the Alharam's gate. - the only thing because I am bringing baby, itis quite hard to walk from Al ghazi bus station to Alharam, hopefully they provide shuttle to Ajyad (which near to Alharam) but overall it was a very pleasant stay

Ассаляму алейкум рахматуллах. Всем советую очень хорошие местоположение. Очень близко мечеть Ал-Харам. Каждый 5 минут ездить автобус Ал-Харам. Чистый и просторный номер. В общем очень понравился.

When we arrived, they upgraded us for bigger room without charging extra, reception was good and they are professional. These young people on reception are amazing, they always help you whatever you asked. Thank you guys.

Front disk guy was so cooperative. I booked two rooms and just requested for better rooms and he generously upgraded us to suites for free. We didn’t take breakfast, so I can’t comment on it. Usually it should be okay.
